depth and table
what is depth and table? and how much does that effect cost?I saw 2 diamonds everything except depth and table was the same but 1 was a thousand dollars more.
Hi Greg, Knowing the table % will help us know the ratio of brilliance to dispersion in the stone. The depth % will let us know if the diamond is cut too shallow or too deep. If you give me the specs on the particular two diamonds you are looking at, I’ll be able to tell you which, if any, of them are well proportioned. –Fred
