Diamond buyers

Thanks for your reply. Our colleagues are well known to my partner. One of the individuals is the government valuer in Sierra Leone and it is also his colleagues who we are working with. We have significant influence over there in that the mother of one of my partners is a very senior government officer. Assuming we have reliable sources of rough stones, this brings me back to my original question around finding buyers, dealers etc. to sell the cut stones to. Are you able to help?
