Ehanced Diamond

Hi, I have purchased a ring not long ago prior to seeing it. I am happy with everything accept the clarity of the stone. It has inclusions in it, and it can be seen with a naked eye if inspected carefully, The stone is can be given more brilliance. Because right now it is a bit dull-misty in appearance. The UGL report says it was enhanced to VS-2 (I doubt it), most jewellers here say it is much less. The stone is 0.75 CT. I was told today that the reason for it being so milky and not reflecting light like it should was not only because of the centre inclusion I can see but because the whole stone is full of particles-dust (that I cant see with an naked eye). Thus, there is poor brilliance. Very low clarity apparently. Therefore I don’t know if it can be helped.
