HELP PLEASE

Hello…. I recently got a engagement ring made through a jewellry store and purchases a 1.26 heart and arrow canadian diamond cert through EGL, f coulour VS2 ideal. I have noticed there is a carbon spot right in the table i can see should that be there i paid close to 20grand for this ring!! HELP please
