Looking for Value
Evening Mr. Cuellar,
I'm going to be in the market for an engagement ring this year. I know what I want to get for my girlfriend and I just want to know how realistic it is to get her this diamond. She's not demanding anything but I think she's deserving enough that I try to get it for her. All I know is that I want to obtain a loose 1ct diamond for about $5,000. Is it possible to get a good value diamond for that price? Thanks in advance Mr. Cuellar

Congratulations on finding "the one"!!! That is a great budget you have for an engagement ring (considering the fact that an average American spends $1800). You can get a good quality (one that holds its value and/or appreciates in time) diamond for that budget. However, weight will need to drop. Have a great day!
