Price for small diamonds

I have been looking at a diamond pave pendant on Mondera.com. It has 59 diamonds, and a total carat weight of .39. It’s an 18k white gold, clover-shaped setting, and the price is $1860. I would like to know if I am justified in thinking this price is crazy for what they are offering. The diamonds are H color and VS1 clarity at best. I was thinking about having a jeweler custom make the pendant. Is $1860 a price I should expect, or is it just retail markup? Thank you!
