Radiant

Hi Fred.
My girlfriend had contacted you before about a radiant diamond. Your advice has helped us alot in our search for the perfect ring. I have read your book and I could not feel more confident in buying a ring now. My question is simple. I live in Delaware and would like some advice on which Jewelers in my area will give me the best deal. The ring itself would have to be custom made and I want the Diamond to be eye clean with good color (G,H,I). I guess I could go into more specifics, but your recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
