Ring Sizing in Asia

Hi,

I noticed that the ring sizing in Europe is different than US, but what about Asia. And is there a difference between the ring sizing in GOLD/Platinum Vs. Steel? For example, a ring size of 10 in ‘Steel’in India would be equal to what in the USA?
