Shattered Diamond Follow Up Info

Hi,

I just realized you had responded to my shattered diamond question. Per your response, here are the details of my diamond that shattered when I nicked it on the side of my car door.

Weight: .87ct hearts & arrows
Color: J
Clarity: SI1

Since I last messaged you, the jeweler basically told me that this is something that happens on occasion. They offered to find a replacement (for $5,000), but I told them no as I would be too terrified wearing it, thinking it would happen again. Although they assured me, it would be highly unlikely. In the end they ended up just putting a CZ in place of it for me.
