VS2 or SI1
Hi – I’m shopping for a 1.9 carat round diamond. My budget is around $15-18K. Do you recommend VS2 or SI1? I was thinking of going with H color VS2, but a couple of jewelers are strongly suggesting SI1, so I’m a little confused. I can’t help but feel that it’s better to go with the better quality if it’s not a significant differnce in price. Also, I may want to upgrade in the next 5-10 years. Would I get a better price for VS2?Thanks!

Q#1: VS-2 and I'm with you on the H, go with at least a hard H (3), especially if it is going in platinum or white gold.
