Wholesaler manufacturers of eternity rings

Hi Fred, are reputable wholesalers the best way to buy eternity rings? I suspect that a (relatively) small number of factories make the bulk of the commercial rings. Am I off track? And where do I find reputable wholesalers? Many thanks!
